Cash Officers

Your tasks

• Coordinate cash receipts and payments within the branch.
• Manage vault cash and teller cash limits in accordance with policy.
• Monitor daily cash positions and cash movement activities.
• Ensure cash balancing and reconciliation at the close of business.
• Verify the authenticity of cash deposits and withdrawals.
• Coordinate cash evacuation and cash supply activities.
• Ensure proper custody of cash and security instruments.
• Monitor ATM cash loading and reconciliation where applicable.
• Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with cash management procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.

Requirements

• HND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of banking operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures.
