Warehouse Leader

• Control and manage the storage, issuance, and shipment of finished goods in accordance with the delivery plan
• Plan and control product preparation (Picking & Packing) to be accurate according to the Delivery Order and customer requirements
• Control product loading to ensure accuracy, completeness, and On-Time Delivery
• Verify the accuracy of shipping documents such as Delivery Order, Packing List, Shipping Label, and other related documents
• Control product storage according to FIFO principles and maintain the Traceability system of finished goods
• Monitor and control Finished Goods Inventory for accuracy, and perform Cycle Count and Stock Count according to the plan
• Coordinate with Production Control, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality, and Shipping departments to ensure delivery follows the plan
• Analyze and resolve problems affecting delivery, such as stockouts, wrong models, damaged goods, or delivery delays
• Supervise the operations of the finished goods warehouse team, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Prepare and analyze KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Shipping Accuracy, Inventory Accuracy, and Productivity, and implement continuous improvement activities
• Oversee operations to comply with Safety standards and 5S activities
• Support customer audits, internal audits, and external audits
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding shipments and inventory
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• High Vocational Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Finished Goods Warehouse / Outbound Logistics
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory position
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Knowledge of FIFO, Traceability, and inventory management
• Experience in transportation planning and customer coordination will be given special consideration
• Able to communicate in English; ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration
• Able to work in shifts
