QC Leader
Must-have:Lead
- Lead and supervise final quality inspection activities to ensure 100% product inspection before shipment.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and shipping requirements.
- Manage non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with Production and related departments.
- Monitor inspection performance, quality KPIs, and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Train and develop QC Inspectors while ensuring compliance with quality procedures and work instructions.
Qualifications: Diploma or above Minimum 1–2 years of experience as team leader role. Experience in Final Inspection, Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), or 100% Product Inspection before shipment. Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
