Responsibilities and Duties
- Organization and supervision of the daily operations of all the hotel's bars
- Management, training, and guidance of the bartenders team
- Creation and renewal of cocktail menus with an emphasis on creativity and seasonality
- Development of signature cocktails and premium offerings
- Inventory control, ordering, and costing (cost control & beverage costing)
- Ensuring high standards of service and quality
- Compliance with hygiene & safety regulations
- Collaboration with F&B, procurement, and administration departments
- Creation and coordination of Bar Lab for the creation of Blends, syrups, and garnishes
- Ensuring Zero Waste practices
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a 4* or 5* hotel or premium bar
- Excellent knowledge of mixology & spirits
- Knowledge of costing and budget management
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered an asset)
- Creativity, professionalism, and passion for innovation
