Today, HERMES RETAIL I.K.E. has entered into a franchise agreement for MINISO stores in Thessaloniki, with the company "LIFE IS FOR FUN GREECE I.K.E.", which is also the Master Franchisee for Greece.

MINISO operates its global brand with the slogan ‘’life is for fun’’. Today, it has successfully entered 100 countries and regions and has opened over 5000 stores worldwide.

Your tasks

What your duties will be

• From this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive service to customers visiting the store
• Management of checkout procedures
• Ability, willingness, and creative thinking in sales
• Achievement of individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining a clean and well-stocked space
• Organization and management of the warehouse and retail store

Requirements

What you need to have

• A necessary prerequisite is politeness, a smile, and a willingness to serve
• Responsibility in the use of the cash register
• Previous experience in a similar retail store sector is desirable
• Spirit of cooperation with the company and colleagues
• Basic computer knowledge, Word, Excel, and ERP (Soft One) software system
• Knowledge of the English language
