Store Manager

MINISO, one of the fastest-growing international lifestyle and daily use goods chains, is looking for a dynamic and efficient Store Manager!

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of the store.
• Leading, training, and developing the team with the goal of creating a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Monitoring and achieving the store's commercial targets through effective sales management and KPIs.
• Providing an excellent customer service experience and immediate management of issues or complaints.
• Managing inventory, orders, and product replenishment, ensuring optimal availability and presentation of collections.
• Implementing corporate Visual Merchandising guidelines and maintaining high store image standards.
• Analyzing sales and preparing reports with the goal of continuous improvement of results.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager position in an organized retail environment.
• Proven experience in team management and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (basic knowledge of SoftOne will be considered an additional qualification).
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
