tourism experience of one year in the same or similar positions is desirable
strong communication and interpersonal skills, kindness and guest orientation
excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage (German, Italian,..)
high level of personal neatness and professionalism
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
sale of destination experiences, services, and branded items
informing guests about destination services and experiences through personal contact and digital technologies and applications
maintaining a personalized approach to the guest through personal contact and digital technologies and applications
organizing and coordinating all operational-administrative tasks with external partners and other departments in the resort related to guest requests
organizing, coordinating, and performing operational-administrative tasks related to commercial goods
resolving complaints and extraordinary guest inquiries and requests
creating offers and reservations
