• High school education
• desirable experience in tourism for one year in the same or similar positions
• strong communication and interpersonal skills, kindness and guest orientation
• excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage (German, Italian,..)
• high level of personal neatness and professionalism JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• sale of destination experiences, services, and branded items
• informing guests about destination services and experiences through personal contact and digital technologies and applications
• maintaining a personalized approach to the guest through personal contact and digital technologies and applications
• organizing and coordinating all operational-administrative tasks with external partners and other departments in the resort related to guest requests
• organizing, coordinating, and performing operational-administrative tasks related to commercial goods
• resolving complaints and extraordinary guest inquiries and requests
