CS Export Staff

1. Book prime movers to go and pack goods at the customer's factory
2. Coordinate with customers to request CIPL for customs declaration preparation
3. Key in export customs declarations
4. Prepare Goods Control List (GCL)
5. Perform Short cutting
6. Submit SI and VGM to the shipping line
7. Open jobs in the system, record expenses, and verify billing document sets before sending to accounting

Qualifications: Age 25 years and above (gender not limited) Thai nationality At least 1 year of experience in export Able to communicate in English; proficiency in Chinese will be specially considered (language allowance provided) Knowledge and understanding of various privileges and benefits such as FTA, Freezone, BOI, and others Good wits, able to solve immediate problems well, and has a service mind Able to work well under pressure, work as a team, and has good interpersonal skills If able to handle return inspections, will be specially considered If able to submit costs, Form CO, Phyto, will be specially considered
