JOB MISSION

Autonomously manage medium and high complexity import projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and customer satisfaction levels. Represent Mingta as an expert advisor to the client, accompanying them throughout the entire import process and ensuring compliance with established billing KPIs and performance indicators.

JOB OBJECTIVES

• Integrally manage between 10 and 15 import projects simultaneously.
• Represent Mingta as an expert advisor and strategic ally to the client.
• Achieve the closing of operations in a period of less than 90 days.
• Comply with established billing KPIs and performance indicators.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Perform cost engineering, comparative analysis, and preparation of final proposals.
• Prepare and manage the integral documentation necessary for import operations.
• Coordinate operations with logistics, customs, certifying bodies, suppliers, and other involved actors.
• Perform direct follow-up of projects with clients.
• Manage and resolve conflicts or unforeseen situations during operations.
• Make decisions regarding projects applying technical and commercial criteria.
• Detect opportunities for improvement and propose optimizations in internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and objectives established for each project.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related careers.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions linked to foreign trade, purchasing, supply chain, or project management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate English level.
• Operational autonomy and capacity for decision-making.
