This family-run business, now in its 3rd generation, specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality roasted coffee products. We supply the European and international food trade with products such as whole bean, filter coffee, coffee pads, and coffee capsules. The quality products are distributed under the brands MINGES, FEINKOST KÄFER München, and ALVORADA Wien. To strengthen our team, we are looking for the earliest possible date:

COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEE LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT (m/f/d)

Responsibilities / Main Tasks

• Planning of weekly shipping volumes (national / international)
• Organization of daily goods picking and preparation
• Registration and booking of external freight space
• Inventory maintenance and monitoring of internal goods movements
• Monitoring of delivery dates and maintenance of daily backlog lists
• Organization of daily plant traffic
• Internal interface to the Sales and Production departments
• Support / maintenance of internal and external logistics systems / online platforms

Qualifications / Requirements

• Commercial training with professional experience (wholesale, industry, freight forwarding, logistics)
• Very good EDV and IT skills (MS-Office, Warenwirtschaft / ERP)
• English skills (spoken and written)
• Reliability, commitment, resilience, and commercial as well as customer-oriented action are among your strengths
• Independent working style as well as teamwork characterize your daily interaction with your colleagues
