Job Summary Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and food quality standards while ensuring timely, hygienic presentation and smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and food quality standards to ensure consistent taste and presentation Monitor food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation to maintain customer satisfaction Assist in menu planning and develop new dishes to support culinary innovation Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and work areas to meet health standards Check and manage food ingredients and kitchen supplies to minimize wastage and control costs Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations and timely food service Perform other cooking and kitchen-related duties as assigned by management to support overall kitchen efficiency
