Mid-Level Lawyer

We are looking for a Mid-Level Lawyer to join the Contracts Legal team, acting in a consultative and strategic manner in supporting business areas and operations.

The professional will be responsible for the drafting, analysis, review, and negotiation of contracts, as well as providing legal support for the contractual demands of operational and corporate areas, contributing to the mitigation of legal risks and the security of the company's operations.

Responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyze contracts of different natures, ensuring the adequate protection of the company's interests;
• Act in risk analysis and the identification of legal points of attention in contracts;
• Support business and operation areas in inquiries and demands related to contracts, presenting clear and objective legal guidance;
• Act closely with internal areas, seeking to understand business needs and proposing legally adequate and viable solutions;
• Support the management of the contract lifecycle, from drafting to formalization and closure;
• Support projects and initiatives for process improvement, governance, and contract management;
• Act in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment, with interaction with teams from different countries and areas of the organization.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements

• Completed degree in Law;
• Active OAB;
• Professional experience in Contract Law, preferably in medium or large-sized companies;
• Experience with drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts;
• Advanced English, with the ability to read, draft, and discuss documents and contracts in English;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile;
• Ability to act closely with business and operation areas;
• Ease of working with multiple demands and interlocutors.

Differentials

• Experience in Corporate Legal, especially in operation environments;
• Experience with supply, service provision, procurement, logistics, operations, or commercial contracts;
• Experience in contract negotiation;
• Spanish will be considered a differential.
