Site Supervisor Automation Area

An important company in the industrial sector is looking for a Site Supervisor to join the Automation area, performing mainly at our clients' facilities.

We are looking for a person with leadership, coordination capacity, and results orientation, responsible for supervising the correct execution of projects in the field, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Main functions:

• Supervise and coordinate field work associated with automation projects.
• Lead work teams at client facilities.
• Control progress and compliance with established deadlines.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain communication and coordination with clients and internal areas.

Requirements:

• Technician or Engineering in Electricity, Automation, Electronics, or a related career.
• Experience in supervision of industrial works or projects.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable experience in industrial automation and field work.
• Availability to work at client facilities.
• Class B driver's license (desirable).

Working hours:

• Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:30 hrs.
• Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.
