Martech Analyst Sr.

At Minders, we are waiting for you! 🚀 We are looking for a Martech Analyst to act as a strategic partner and main point of contact for our clients at all stages of the adoption and activation process. The focus of this role is to build solid relationships, collaborate to offer exceptional experiences, ensure long-term client retention, and support the sales team in upsells and renewals of market-leading solutions, such as Amplitude and Braze.

Responsibilities Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the implementation and adoption of tools like Amplitude, while strengthening client satisfaction and engagement. Training and Consulting: Conduct functional training and lead personalized sessions to ensure optimal use of tools, in addition to defining action plans according to client needs. 💡 Analysis and Support: Interpret data, prepare actionable reports, and resolve technical problems related to tools and APIs. Strategic Collaboration: Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with the sales team and offer valuable insights through the definition of business metrics (KPIs). 📊

Requirements Students in their final stages or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields (mandatory). 🎓 More than 2 years of experience in data analysis, technology consulting, or product management. More than 2 years of experience implementing and training clients on SaaS tools. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support (mandatory). Advanced English (mandatory).
