Are you passionate about technology and design? Would you like to be part of a human experience in an incredible environment? At Minders, we are waiting for you! 🚀 We are looking for an HTML Designer Ssr to join our Growth Services team and boost our clients' campaigns.

Responsibilities Production of pieces and dynamic HTML: layout and code emails, in-app messages, and other pieces using responsive HTML/CSS, ensuring correct cross-client and cross-device rendering.

Development of interactive experiences: build engagement dynamics (gamification, scratch cards, roulette, interactive content) using embedded HTML with Liquid logic, orchestrated via Canvas.

JavaScript Development: Development of all user interaction with content in an in-app message, from forms and surveys to gamifications with prize logic.

Reusable templates library: design and maintain a library of modular templates that accelerate daily production without sacrificing quality.

Technical QA: review UTMs, deeplinks, segmentation, and rendering before each send.

Teamwork with CRM Specialists: translate campaign briefs and journeys into production-ready pieces, iterating quickly on feedback.

Support during critical dates: participate in stress tests and schedule simulations before high-impact commercial events (Cyber, Black Friday, etc.).

Requirements Intermediate/advanced English.

Advanced students or graduates in Design, Web Development, Systems, or related careers. 🎓

+2 years of experience layouting HTML/CSS for email marketing and/or landing pages.

Handling of email testing tools (Litmus, Email on Acid) and ESP platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, among others).

Knowledge of responsive design best practices and cross-client compatibility.

Attention to detail and orientation toward quality.
