Transformation Portfolio Lead

We are looking for a Transformation Portfolio Lead to join our Client’s Enterprise Integration Platforms team. This role focuses on building and running the transformation portfolio—ensuring sharp prioritisation, robust governance, and clear value delivery across the platform.

Daily tasks

• Develop and manage an integrated, multi-year transformation portfolio roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation, and governance frameworks, covering RTB and CTB initiatives.
• Drive financial management activities: forecasting, investment governance, and cost transparency.
• Implement benefits realisation frameworks to track value delivery.
• Ensure adoption of governance standards, tools, and reporting across the platform.
• Provide executive-level reporting and decision support for EIP Leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and boost delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

3+ years in portfolio leadership within large-scale Technology organizations.

Proven ability to handle both BAU and transformation programs in complex, regulated environments

Strong portfolio governance and prioritisation capabilities.

Excellent executive stakeholder management and decision-making skills.

Financial management expertise, including forecasting and investment governance.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, APIs, data movement.
