SRE Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our client's team and support in building and maintaining a large-scale, multi-year platform program . This position offers the opportunity to work closely with international teams, ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based environments.

Daily tasks

• Maintain and support production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, SLOs/SLIs, and incident response.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development to streamline deployments.
• Automate processes using scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
• Collaborate across development, QA, and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in limited on-call rotations (currently not required for this position).
• Document processes and conduct post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles Containerization : Docker, Kubernetes (Istio, Helm)

Cloud Platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP

Monitoring and Logging : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog

CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI

Scripting in Python, Bash, Go

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

Infrastructure-as-code ( Terraform, Ansible )

Experience with microservices and distributed systems

Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD, Tekton)
