Production Suport Specialist

We are looking for a Consultant Specialist to provide production support for PB Client Onboarding and PB Client Reporting systems. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with development, DevOps, and SRE teams.

Daily tasks

• Deliver production support for critical PB Client Onboarding and Reporting systems.
• Perform incident analysis and collaborate with the development team on solutions.
• Manage Incidents and Problem Records through ServiceNow (SNOW) following standard ITIL processes, acting as Problem Coordinator.
• Respond to system alerts, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Support ongoing technical and process improvements, working closely with DevOps, SRE, and support teams.
• Provide off-hours support, including weekend release or maintenance activities when required.

Requirements

Solid technological background and hands-on technical aptitude.

Strong  teamwork and collaboration mindset.

Prior experience in  IT Support, DevOps, SRE, or IT Infrastructure Delivery (ITID) roles is beneficial.

Awareness of  risk identification, mitigation, and control principles.

Curious and proactive mindset — someone who always wants to understand the root cause of issues.

SQL and Database knowledge are a plus.

Advantageous familiarity with  Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, or Linux .

Experience managing incidents and change requests in  ServiceNow (SNOW/GSD) .
