Product Analyst

Mindbox is looking for a Product Analyst  for our global client from the financial sector. In this role, you’ll help developer teams build products that comply with internal standards and audit requirements — all while providing great developer experience and operational efficiency.

Daily tasks

• Be an active, collaborative, and inquisitive member of the DevX Standards and Controls product team.
• Understand customer needs and problems to support the team's strategic direction.
• Work with customers, developers, and technical leads to design and implement solutions.
• Create functional requirements, process descriptions, and system design documentation.
• Model business processes, draw flowcharts and data flow diagrams.
• Design customer-centric solutions that minimize disruption during change implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner, customers, and the ICE development team.
• Lead handovers, presentations, and knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements

Experience working in a global organization with distributed development teams.

A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to connect with people and gather insights independently.

Strong understanding of  auditor and regulator needs.

Product experience – defining features and requirements enabling  self-service in internal apps.

Solid  system and application analysis skills.

Experience working on  web applications.

Proficiency in  data analysis and extracting data from APIs.

Experience using  AI to gather and manipulate data for different audiences while maintaining traceability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
