Enterprise Engineer

This role is engineering-led for engineers who understand both technical depth and organizational impact , with a proven track record in driving engineering improvement initiatives in complex environments.

Daily tasks

• Establish engineering excellence standards: Build and drive a global community of practice
• Embed automation-first principles and continuous improvement culture within engineering teams
• Partner with engineering leads to define requirements for services and capabilities that deliver security controls while enabling operational efficiency
• Design and implement standardized build and deployment pipelines, ensuring functionality across multiple teams
• Champion cross-functional reuse and inner-source approaches to accelerate product time-to-market
• Coach Agile teams to adopt standard patterns and DevSecOps practices, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability
• Identify and produce engineering standards and reusable patterns for consistent global adoption
• Collaborate with product management on vendor product evaluations: enforce engineering NFRs (performance, resilience, security) during procurement

Requirements

Strong DevOps expertise , including hands-on and design-level experience

Extensive experience as a Senior Engineer or Technical Architect in large-scale, complex organizations

Proven leadership in engineering improvement initiatives across enterprise environments

Strong technical resilience with a solutions-driven mindset and ability to handle complexity

Experience engaging with global, cross-functional teams in matrixed environments

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, driving clarity and actionable plans

Deep understanding of engineering governance, design authority, safety, and compliance

Expertise in systems engineering, requirements management , and solution scalability

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in finance or highly regulated industries

Cybersecurity experience or familiarity with cybersecurity tools and standards
