Azure Platform Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a shared technology platform supporting product development and operations teams. This role will focus on enhancing automation, implementing platform standards, and ensuring stable, efficient, and secure environments for software delivery.

Daily tasks

• Build and enhance platform solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes
• Automate the provisioning and management of cloud environments
• Develop and maintain CI/CD standards and pipelines
• Create tools and frameworks that simplify work for development teams
• Support and manage shared components and services
• Monitor the platform and proactively address performance and operational issues
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure compliance and efficiency

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of technical experience in infrastructure and platform engineering

Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes

Strong understanding of GitLab CI/CD pipeline implementation

Solid background in environment automation and scripting practices

Knowledge of operational and performance tuning concepts

Experience working with production environments and mission-critical systems

Nice to Have

Exposure to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools

Knowledge of observability practices and monitoring solutions

Experience in FinOps and cloud cost optimization

Previous work experience in large-scale enterprise environments
