Mid-level Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities and assignments Participate in the processes of analysis and ensuring adherence, regarding reliability and integrity, to the observance of policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and contracts in the performance of the organization's activities, through the execution of tests. Participate in the process of identifying non-conformities through the analysis of data, information, and facts. Assist, when necessary, in the development, review, and implementation of improvements to the Integrity Program. Execute the inherent activities of the Integrity Program. Participate in the development of Integrity program indicators, in the respective monitoring and periodic reporting, and in requesting corrective and improvement actions in processes, when applicable. Assist manager(s) in the development of norms, processes, and procedures through the standardization, systematization, and implementation of controls so that the organization is in compliance with policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and contracts.

Requirements and qualifications Experience in governance, risk, and/or Compliance activities. Completed higher education in Law, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or Economics. Knowledge of Anticorruption Laws, Compliance Programs, ISO 37001, ESG, and LGPD; Advanced Office Package; Intermediate English.
