ASSISTANT VICE-PRESIDENT

The AVP of Golf and Sports Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight and business direction for all golf, sports, recreation and related leisure activities within the company. The position will promote an exceptional "golf and sports experience," and provide excellent services and programs for all our members and guests. The AVP will lead the management of golf operations, sports facilities, tournaments, recreational programs, memberships, customer experiences and departmental financial performance while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, or related field. • At least 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in golf, sports, creation, club or hospitality operations.
