About the role

We are looking for a Delivery & Operations Lead who will ensure that MIMIRO executes according to plan and strategy. You will have a broad key role — responsible for ensuring that we deliver across projects, teams and customers, and that we continuously improve the way we work.

You will report directly to the COO and will have real influence on the organization's direction and delivery capacity.

What you will work with

• Own and follow up the release process in collaboration with the development team — from planning to production deployment
• Maintain an overview of resources and capacity, and contribute to forward-looking planning
• Identify and manage risks in the delivery plan proactively — before they become problems
• Ensure stable and predictable delivery of products and services in operation — including follow-up of SLAs, error handling and escalation
• Coordinate priorities and interaction between development teams, product teams and the commercial team
• Build and improve processes, routines and management tools adapted to a growing company
• Create simple and effective status reports for the management group and the company

What we are looking for

• Experience from a similar role in a consulting company, SaaS, or technology company
• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in technology, economics or business
• Good understanding of the development and operation of software and data products
• Experience in building structures and processes where they do not exist previously
• Strong execution ability and the ability to create clarity in complex situations
• Curiosity about agriculture and agri-tech is important to us — you are motivated to understand the value chain and the challenges we solve. If you have a background in agriculture, food production or related industry, it is a clear plus, especially for understanding our partners and the dependencies in the industry.
