Jr. Cost and Inventory Analyst - Milwaukee Tool

Your tasks

We are looking for a Jr. Cost and Inventory Analyst to join the team to support the control, validation, and analysis of costs and inventories, as well as monthly closing processes.

What will you do?

• Validate and follow up on product and material costs.
• Review the correct assignment and update of costs in the system.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and identify differences or deviations.
• Review merchandise receipts and movements related to inventories.
• Analyze and document adjustments for inventory surpluses and shortages.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to costs and inventories.
• Follow up on detected inconsistencies and support their resolution.
• Provide support during the monthly cost and inventory closing.
• Prepare information for internal audits and financial reviews.

Requirements

Do you have experience in costs, inventories, and information analysis and are you looking for an opportunity to continue developing in the financial area?

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in costs and/or inventories.
• Experience performing reconciliations and information analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP, ideally Oracle or similar.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel: pivot tables, formulas, and validations.
• Analytical capacity and problem-solving skills.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Proactivity and sense of urgency.
• Results orientation and continuous improvement.

• Monthly salary of $20,000 to $25,000 gross, depending on experience.
