Store Manager

Your tasks

We are looking for a Showroom Manager who will coordinate the daily operations of the showroom and the team, contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality.

• Supervise work discipline and compliance with internal regulations.
• Organize the planning of team activities.
• Support employee adaptation, development, and increasing work efficiency.
• Ensure effective cooperation between showroom and office employees.
• Supervise the layout of the shop-showroom, product display, and the overall appearance of the showroom.
• If necessary, participate in resolving conflict situations arising with customers or employees.
• Support the planning and coordination of events, promotions, and other organizational processes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of work experience in the service or sales sector, at least 6 months of which must be in team leadership.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Organization and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively with a team and motivate employees.
• Ability to focus on results and find solutions to problems.
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages; higher education in management or related fields will be considered an advantage.
