Your tasks

Do you want to lead a skilled production team in the field of defense and security technology?

TEAM LEADER to be responsible for the daily management of integration installations. The role combines personnel management, ensuring production smoothness, and developing operating methods in an interesting and socially significant operating environment.

You will act as the direct supervisor for installers and material handlers and are responsible for leading your group's daily operations. You will ensure that work progresses safely, with quality, and according to plans.

Your key responsibilities include

• daily guidance and resourcing of production

• organizing work and ensuring smoothness

• supporting, motivating, and developing the expertise of personnel

• solving challenges arising in production together with the team

• continuous development of occupational safety, quality, and efficiency

• cooperation with the project team, other functions, and customers.

In this role, you report to the Production Manager.

Requirements

WOULD YOU BE THE EXPERT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? You have a suitable technical university degree (e.g., electrical or mechanical engineering) and experience in a production or manufacturing environment. You have already acquired some supervisory experience and enjoy leading people on a day-to-day level.
