Millionaires Casino is seeking to employ a highly skilled and experienced Male Chef to join its culinary team. Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum of HND, Degree or recognized Cooking/Culinary Certificate Professional culinary training will be an added advantage

Work Experience

Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven working experience as a professional chef Age: 35 - 45 years

Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Strong culinary expertise across a variety of cuisines High level of physical stamina and ability to work under pressure Proven leadership and kitchen management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills High level of creativity in menu planning and presentation Good business acumen including cost control and kitchen efficiency
