*Job Overview*

*Miller's Home Hardware Building Center* is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our Installs team. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction or renovation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to build a long-term career in the trades. Apprenticeship opportunities may be available for qualified candidates.

*Responsibilities*

• Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, windows, doors, and other building materials.
• Perform basic carpentry, caulking, painting, and finishing work.
• Read and follow blueprints and installation instructions.
• Measure and cut materials accurately.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Work with customers, contractors, and team members to complete projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality workmanship.

*Requirements*

• Construction, renovation, or installation experience preferred.
• Experience with carpentry, kitchens, flooring, windows/doors, or tile is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid G Driver?s Licence required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Ability to safely tow a company trailer.

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
