Software Development Engineer (Trainee / Fresh Grade)

About the Role We are looking for eager, analytical fresh graduates to join our Software Development Team. In this role, you will contribute to building and refining healthcare applications while working alongside senior engineers. Through our structured 6-month talent development pipeline, you will translate fundamental software engineering concepts into production-grade healthcare technology.

Who Can Apply Fresh graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field.

Basic understanding of programming concepts and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) .

Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals .

Familiarity with web application development concepts .

Background or exposure to Healthcare IT concepts is preferred, but not mandatory.

What You Will Learn & Do Application Engineering: Write, debug, and maintain scalable code for modern web applications.

Database Design: Work with relational databases, writing queries and optimizing data structures.

Healthcare Technology: Understand specialized healthcare domain logic, workflows, and integrations.

Agile Collaboration: Participate in peer code reviews, sprint workflows, and technical documentation.

Career Opportunity Trainees will be evaluated monthly on technical output, productivity, adaptability, and communication. High performers will be considered for permanent Software Engineer roles at the end of the 6-month program based on evaluation results and business needs.
