Senior HIS Implementer

Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including scope, budget, and resource allocation. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority clients and stakeholders.

Advanced Configuration & Integration: Design and optimize system workflows for large healthcare networks (e.g., multi-site hospitals, clinics). Oversee integration with third-party systems (e.g., labs, billing, telehealth platforms).

Client Strategy & Relationship Management: Advise clients on industry best practices, change management, and long-term system scalability. Conduct executive-level presentations and post-implementation reviews.

Team Development: Mentor junior specialists and conduct internal training sessions. Develop standardized implementation methodologies and tools.

Compliance & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging healthcare regulations (e.g., FHIR). Recommend system enhancements based on client feedback and industry trends.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, or any related field.

4+ years of experience leading HIS/EMR implementations in complex healthcare environments.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve escalations.

Travel requirement: should be able to travel frequently (Locally)
