The Bindery Supervisorisresponsibleforoverseeingdailyfinishingandbinderyoperationstoensureproductsareproducedsafely,efficiently,andaccordingtocustomerspecifications.
This role providesleadershiptobinderypersonnel,coordinatesproductionschedules,verifiesqualitystandards,supportsprocessimprovements,andensuresproductiongoalsareachieved.Theidealcandidateisahands-onleaderwhothrivesinafast-pacedmanufacturingenvironment.

- Leaddailybinderyandfinishingoperations.
- Reviewproductionjobjacketsandspecificationstoensureworkiscompletedaccurately.
- Coordinateproductionschedulesandworkflowpriorities.
- Superviseoperatorsandprovidedailycoaching,support,andguidance.
- Verifymachinesetups,cuttingplans,molds,andproductiondocumentation.
- Monitorproductqualityandensurecustomerspecificationsaremet.
- Investigateandresolveproductionandequipmentissues.
- Reviewproductionlogsandoperationalreportingforaccuracy.
- Drivecontinuousimprovementinitiativesfocusedonproductivityandquality.
- Monitoremployeeperformanceandsupportemployeedevelopmentefforts.
- Promotesafety,housekeeping,andcompliancethroughoutthedepartment.
- Ensureadherencetocompanypolicies,procedures,andsecuritystandards.
- Supportapositive,team-orientedworkenvironment.
🔹 What You'll Bring
Education & Experience
- HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDrequired.
- DegreeinEngineering,Management,orarelatedfieldpreferred.
- Minimumof2yearsofleadershiporsupervisoryexperiencepreferred.
- Manufacturingexperiencerequired.
- Bindery,finishing,printing,packaging,orproductionexperiencepreferred.
