IT Project Manager – IT Management Consulting

PT Millennia Solusi Informatika is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage our IT management consulting engagements. We are looking for someone who combines strong project management discipline, consulting mindset, and understanding of IT management frameworks and is comfortable working directly with clients, senior management, and multidisciplinary consulting teams.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT management consulting projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, issues, deliverables, and quality.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary consulting teams and subject-matter experts.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, interviews, assessments, and management discussions.
• Ensure consulting deliverables assessments, frameworks, roadmaps, policies, recommendations, and executive presentations meet company quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with client stakeholders and provide clear project status reporting.
• Identify project risks and issues early and drive appropriate resolution.
• Support proposal development, project methodology, work planning, and effort estimation when required.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT consulting, IT advisory, IT governance, IT transformation, or similar professional-services projects.
• Experience in one or more areas such as IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and related.
• Strong understanding of project management practices.
• Working knowledge of frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working directly with senior management and executive-level stakeholders.
• At least one recognized project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• At least one relevant IT professional certification, such as COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO/IEC 27001, or equivalent.

It Would Be a Plus If You Have

• Experience in an IT consulting, management consulting, professional services, or technology advisory firm.
• Experience managing projects for large enterprises, financial institutions, BUMN/BUMD, or government organizations.
• Experience managing multiple consulting engagements simultaneously.
• Knowledge of emerging areas such as AI Governance, Data Governance, Cybersecurity Governance, and Digital Transformation.
• Good professional communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
