MANAGEMENT ANALYST
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Military Sealift Command (MSC), Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Systems Department (C4) (N6), Mission Support Division (N63), Acquisition and Financial Management Branch (N632) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
Major duties
- You will formulate, execute, and monitor short- and long-range IT budgets.
- You will conduct complex financial and risk analyses to support budget reviews.
- You will implement procurement policies and manage the full contract lifecycle.

- You will advise Program Managers on acquisition requirements and execution.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in managing and implementing procurement and contract policies and procedures. Experience with financial management principles and budgeting regulations to prepare long-range (5-year) and short-range planning guidance in accordance with broad agency program policies. Experience with the acquisition management process in alignment with broad agency program policies and objectives.
