Support our Quality Management team in ensuring and further developing our quality and food safety standards. You will undertake responsible tasks in a diverse environment within the food industry and actively contribute to maintaining our high quality standards. The position will initially be filled on a fixed-term basis for one year; subject to mutual satisfaction, long-term, permanent cooperation is expressly intended, accompanied by structured onboarding with comprehensive knowledge transfer. Milchwerke “Mittelelbe” GmbH, also known as Elb-Milch, is one of the largest employers in the Altmark. Currently, over 480 employees work at the Stendal location. As a steadily growing industrial company, we rely on the know-how and professional expertise of our employees. Since 1991, we have been part of the internationally successful KRÜGER GROUP. With our state-of-the-art spray drying plants, we are one of the leading companies in Europe in the field of milk powder and Infant Nutrition production. With 14 spray towers and 3 cold-aseptic UHT filling lines, we can process more than 1,000,000 liters of milk daily and have thus become an important supplier to the food industry.

Tasks

• Creation, maintenance, coordination, and monitoring of the management and food safety systems
• Processing of customer complaints
• Implementation of customer requirements
• Project management

Profile

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of food technology, food chemistry, food microbiology, or comparable courses of study
• Initial professional experience in quality management within the food industry is an advantage
• Structured, entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as goal- and result-oriented
• Quick comprehension and good communication skills
• Sound IT and technical knowledge, English language in spoken and written form
