Service Coordinator

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team and take ownership of coordinating and scheduling our service technicians, as well as preparing and following up on quotations to ensure timely closing. This role is key to keeping our service operations organized, efficient, and responsive to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the service team's activities, ensuring efficient allocation of technicians to service calls and maintenance visits
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for services and equipment
• Follow up on outstanding quotations to support conversion and closing
• Serve as a point of contact between customers, the service team, and internal departments
• Maintain organized records of service schedules, quotations, and follow-up status
• Identify opportunities to improve service scheduling and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Advanced/fluent English, both spoken and written
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electronic systems
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
