What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree an advantage)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years of experience at managerial level, leading a procurement team
• Experience managing annual procurement budgets and multi-category procurement
• Strong background in apparel manufacturing, garment export, sporting goods, or fashion retail highly preferred
• Solid skills in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management
• Dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a young, energetic team culture — fun environment, serious about performance

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute procurement strategy across business units
• Lead strategic sourcing and build a strong vendor/supplier ecosystem
• Drive cost optimization, benchmarking, and procurement savings programs
• Support merchandise and sportswear sourcing in partnership with Retail and Product Development
• Manage procurement for events and operational needs (venue, logistics, production)
• Ensure procurement governance, compliance, and risk management
