Education Operations Manager

Your tasks

Education Operations Manager oversees the overall management of our branch. Duties include staff hiring and training, motivating staff to achieve targets, sales and marketing, operating the branch on a day-to-day basis and making sure high production and efficiency in overall branch operation are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• 3-5 years of work experience, preferably with a significant amount of management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven experience in operations, sales & marketing is strongly preferable
• Target oriented
• Attention to details
• Experience in the education industry
• Good command of English, spoken or written
• Work location : Central Java
