Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction, renovation and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, quotations, material requirements and manpower plans.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Review construction drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate site activities and supervise contractors, workers and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve technical, site and project-related issues promptly.
- Manage variation works, additional works, project documentation and progress reports.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are available according to project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet the required quality and safety standards.
- Provide regular updates to management and clients on project progress and issues.
- Lead and coordinate project team members to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee project handover, defect rectification and final completion.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation or interior fit-out project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination and project scheduling.
- Experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
- Good understanding of project costing, quotations, procurement and variation works.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage .
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Relevant Singapore construction/WSH experience will be an advantage.
