At Miele, you shape Controlling close to the business. For our Vertriebsgesellschaft Österreich, we are looking for a personality who makes revenue, margin, costs, and results transparent and derives clear steering impulses from them. As an FP&A Business Partner (m/f/d), you are the central finance contact for Country Management and Sales and work closely with DACH Finance.

Your tasks

• Steering and analysis of the Austrian P&L with a focus on revenue, margin, costs, and results.

• Forecast, budget, and medium-term planning in close coordination with DACH Finance.

• Business Partnering for Country Manager, Sales Director, and the local management team.

• Profitability analyses by sales channels, customer groups, promotions, and business cases.

• Clear recommendations for improving results, margins, and cost structures, as well as working on reporting, BI, and process topics.

What you bring with you

• Completed degree in business or a comparable qualification.

• Relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, Sales/Commercial Finance, or Business Controlling.

• Good understanding of sales steering, pricing, margin logic, and P&L relationships.

• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP, reporting, and BI experience, SAP CO/SAP BW is an advantage.

• Analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, confident appearance, and very good English skills.
