Junior Warehouse Specialist

Your tasks

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and store materials and finished goods according to company procedures.
• Ensure proper stock arrangement and storage conditions within the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.

3PL Coordination

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities with 3PL service providers.
• Follow up on inventory discrepancies and operational issues with 3PL teams.
• Ensure compliance with agreed warehouse processes and service standards.

System Management

• Process inventory transactions accurately within ERP/WMS systems.
• Investigate and resolve system-related issues affecting inventory and warehouse operations by
• Coordinating with IT and relevant departments.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock variances.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or storekeeping.
• Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience coordinating with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers is preferred.
• Inventory management and stock control.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and operational procedures
