Responsibilities and duties

• Insert and maintain updated order details in the company's systems (EDI, Oracle).
• Interact with customers and the sales team to confirm data, clarify doubts, and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with the Logistics area to ensure proper delivery scheduling according to customer deadlines and requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues related to orders (addresses, customer registration, stock analysis).
• Support the coordination of daily billing together with the Sales team, considering stock availability.
• Prepare periodic reports on order volume, trends, and area performance.
• Manage and monitor the order portfolio from order entry to billing.

Requirements and qualifications

• Higher education in Logistics, Administration, Foreign Trade, or related areas.
• Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or order processing (desirable).
• Familiarity with order management systems – EDI, SAP, or ERP.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Tax knowledge: PIS, COFINS, ICMS, and Conta Ordem.
• Basic English.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel.
• Availability to work overtime on weekends, according to the work schedule.

Differentials

• Previous experience in Order Entry / Customer Service / Commercial Backoffice.
• Experience with billing routines and stock analysis.
