Technical Sales Engineer — MEIS | Abou Rawash, 6th of October
The role You own a territory of industrial accounts. Most of your week is spent in plants with maintenance and procurement engineers, turning their machinery problems into the right FAG/INA or THK specification and carrying the deal from enquiry to delivery. Credibility here comes from knowing the product, not from the pitch. What you'll do – Manage and grow a defined territory of factories and industrial facilities – Identify bearing and linear-motion requirements on customer machinery and specify the correct solution, including alternatives where needed – Prepare quotations, negotiate within agreed limits, and follow every order through to delivery – Provide first-line technical support after the sale and coordinate with Schaeffler/THK engineering on complex cases – Keep pipeline and customer records current; report against a monthly target What you bring – BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline – 2+ years in technical or industrial sales; bearings, power transmission or MRO experience is an advantage – Ability to read machine drawings and hold a technical conversation with maintenance engineers – Negotiation skill and follow-through; comfortable owning a number – Valid driving licence — essential, this is a field role – Based in 6th of October / Sheikh Zayed, or able to commute to Abou Rawash What we offer – Structured onboarding with Schaeffler and THK product training, and continued certification as the portfolio grows – Direct exposure to Egypt's largest cement, steel and food plants – A clear path from territory ownership to key-account and leadership roles as MEIS expands
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
