About MEIS Middle East Industrial Solutions (MEIS) is the certified Schaeffler (FAG & INA) partner and authorized THK distributor in Egypt. Since 2021 we have supplied rolling bearings and linear motion systems to cement, steel and food producers nationwide, backed by Schaeffler's engineering and our own technical team. We are building Egypt's industrial solutions hub, and we develop our engineers from the start. The role An entry point into technical sales for a recent mechanical engineering graduate. In your first months you shadow senior engineers on plant visits, learn how bearings are selected, fitted and replaced, and handle quotations and order follow-up from the office. As your product knowledge builds you take on your own accounts, and within the first year your own territory and target. What you'll do – Accompany senior engineers on customer visits and learn the plant environment first-hand – Support enquiries: identify the right FAG/INA or THK item, prepare quotations, follow orders through to delivery – Build working relationships with maintenance and procurement contacts – Keep customer and pipeline records up to date – Progress to independent account ownership with a monthly target What you bring – BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, recently graduated – Real interest in rotating equipment and how factories run – Clear communication in Arabic and English; comfortable in front of a customer – The habit of preparing — you read the catalogue before the meeting – Driving licence preferred; residence in 6th of October / Sheikh Zayed preferred What we offer – Full on-the-job training plus Schaeffler and THK product training – A senior engineer as your mentor through the first months – A defined path to Technical Sales Engineer
