Export logistics coordinator

Coordinate export shipments from order confirmation through final delivery.

Prepare, review, and maintain export and shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transport companies, and other logistics service providers.

Arrange and monitor bookings, transportation, container loading, and shipment schedules.

Track shipments and provide regular updates on shipment status, delays, and expected arrival dates.

Ensure export documentation is accurate and submitted within required deadlines.

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Follow up on customs clearance and resolve documentation or shipment-related issues.

Monitor freight costs and support the preparation and verification of logistics invoices.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, documents, costs, and logistics activities.

Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, Incoterms, and company policies.

Handle shipment discrepancies, delays, damages, or other logistics issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.

Support customers and internal teams by providing shipment documentation and logistics information.

Prepare logistics reports and monitor key performance indicators such as on-time shipment and delivery performance.

Maintain strong relationships with logistics providers and negotiate service issues when required.

Gender: Female only

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar field.

Languages: Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).

Only can apply who live in 10th of Ramadan or close cities.

Transportation from and to 10th of Ramadan is allowed.
