Site Engineer

Act as the main technical link between the office design plans and the physical construction on the ground

Supervision and Coordination : Directing subcontractors, managing daily labor tasks, and working alongside project managers and architects.

Problem Solving : Offering immediate technical advice and troubleshooting design or equipment issues that arise on site.

Safety Enforcement : Monitoring health and safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work area for all crews.

Documentation : Maintaining clear site logs, tracking material usage, and writing progress reports for stakeholders

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills : Ability to read complex blueprints, 2D/3D design software, and land-surveying equipment.

Soft Skills : Strong communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and time-management capabilities
