Accountant
Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and income statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Tax Compliance: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits of financial transactions and prepare necessary records for external audits.
Budgeting: Assist management with budget forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow monitoring
Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and general ledger entries.
Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems or accounting software like SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero.
Compliance & Taxes: Understanding of local tax regulations, financial policies, and standard accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
Daily Operations: Experience managing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations
