Early Learning Teacher

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons that promote language, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Create a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress using recognized early‑years frameworks. Collaborate with parents and support staff to share insights and set individual learning goals. Participate in school events, parent‑teacher meetings, and continuous professional development activities.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching preschool or nursery classes. TRCN  (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) certification or equivalent teaching license is preferred. Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in play‑based learning. Excellent communication skills and a nurturing disposition. Preferred Qualifications Experience with the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or a similar international early‑learning curriculum. Additional training in phonics, Montessori.
