The Customer Solutions department accompanies customers from the analysis of their application to the successful and sustainable use of our products.

Within the team, Solution Integration handles the technical evaluation and detailed elaboration, ensuring that our solutions are suitable in the long term and used reliably by the customer.

To expand our team, we are looking for 1 Customer Solution Employee starting immediately. Your tasks:

• As part of Solution Integration, you check customer and sales inquiries for technical feasibility and application suitability.

• You develop technical proposal solutions, evaluate framework conditions, and contribute to ensuring high customer satisfaction, even in complex or challenging situations.

• Additionally, you support customers during onboarding and the secure use of our products.

• Close cooperation with International Sales, internal service, product management, development, and Operations.

• Contributing customer, market, and UseCase knowledge to the further development of products and company processes.

What you bring

• Technical training or experience (e.g., electronics, automation, IT, IoT)

• Ideally, practical experience in control/automation technology or in water management

• B2 - Good English skills for cooperation with international customers

• Programming or scripting skills are an advantage, but not mandatory

• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and good technical understanding

The minimum collective agreement salary (KV Metall Gewerbe) is EUR 2,727.40 gross per month, based on 38.5 hours per week. Based on your qualifications and professional experience, we will agree on your actual salary together during the application process.
